To input cheats, you need to have beaten the game at least once. You can find it under Extras at the main menu. These cheats will reward you with various items and weapons that you can get once you meet up with the Mk. II. Some of them are weapons you can easily earn without cheating, especially since you can't use this feature without beating it at least once. However, the iPod songs available are only obtained through this method.
